Production Programme

The manufacturing of steel ripped wires BSt 500M according to the standard DIN 488 in coils, or straightened for welded screens from concrete reinforcing steel, wire diameters of 4, 5, 6, 8 mm. We expect an enlargement by the diameter of 10, 12 mm. The welded screens from ripped or smooth steel wire will be manufactured without surface treatment and will be available in standard dimensions, or according to an order, according to the customer's wish.

Production Possibilities:

• maximum 24 longitudinal wires
• maximum 60 cross wires
• maximum screen width according to the mesh dimension up to 2400 mm
• maximum length up to 6000 mm
• combination of various wire diameters
• combination of various distances of longitudinal and cross wires
• basic eye 100x100 mm, 150x150 mm or 200x200 mm, others on request

Use

The welded screens from concrete reinforcing steel are applicable to concrete structures. The smooth screens are used as reinforcements into steel concrete structures, auxiliary screens into concrete, ceramic cealings, floor heating and as fence mesh. The welded screens are used widely also in building industry, as reinforcing screens in concrete products, industrial floors, in agriculture, gardening, breeding, road constructions, protecting covers, templates for floor heating, storage elements and pallets, fencing alongside roads and highways.
